$600.00 per seven day week,
$95.00 per day. Maximum 5 people.
Extra Person Charge is $15 per
day.
A
50% deposit is required to secure
the reservation which is
non-refundable.
Monthly
rate is available upon
request...., subject to the dates
being available.
Pets
are permitted with any
damages the responsibility of
thier owner.
The
cottage is a "Turn Key" property.
Everything is included except
food and personal toiletries.
Linens,
bedding, towels, wash cloths are
provided. Cooking wares, plates
and silverwarea are provided.
Washer and Dryer is provided. The
ocean view deck is outfitted with
a barbaque, lounge chairs and
table ..
The
Beach is a five minute walk away,
and full beach access is also
available, including a Boat
Launch, WIFI Cafe, and Fire Pits
for anevening bonfire.
